Marzena Fraszczak Dental Nurse

Marzena was born in Poland. At the age of 26 she moved to Bournemouth.

She started her dental nurse career in 2010 at a NHS practice in Poole followed by another NHS practice in Bournemouth. She qualified in 2013 (National Diploma in Dental Nursing NEBDN) and recently has moved to 740 dental as she always dreamed to work at a private practice where she can gain new experience and improve nursing skills.

What Marzena loves the most about her job is helping and caring for people so knowing that she can give them comfort and help them relax on the dental chair is very rewarding to her.

In her spare time Marzena likes cycling, hiking in the mountains, visiting castles and doing crosswords.

Eleanor-May Cooper (Ells) Dental Nurse

At the age of 17 Eleanor started her training to become a dental nurse. 2 years of studying and she was fully qualified. Eleanor worked in various NHS practices before joining 740 dental.

In Eleanors spare time, she enjoys drinking cocktails with the girls, spending time with her family and going on trips and holidays with her partner. Eleanor has a pug called piper that she loves very much and Piper loves going on long walks.

August 2020 rolled around and Eleanor decided to do a skydive to raise money for an Alzheimer’s charity, in doing so raised £850.

Bianca Ciobanu Dental Nurse

Bianca came to England in 2014 with her partner since then she worked in retail and hospitality, but she wanted to change her career and chose dentistry.

She was so excited to begin her dental nurse role which she started in 2017 working in a small private practice. After a couple of years Bianca wanted a change and joined 740 dental in October 2020 as she wanted to gain more experience in her dentistry career .

In her spare time Bianca loves to cook and to take professional photos for her food Instagram page. Also she love cycling and walking in the nature.

For various reasons I hadn't visited a dentist for many years but pain eventually took me to 740 Dental and in particular to Sharon, Ella & Carly. I was shown nothing but care, kindness and understanding by them all. After several completely painless appointments I can now smile confidently again thanks to their brilliant professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough and the safety procedures, due to the pandemic, made visits totally safe.

After being in pain for 3 days and having the 111 unable to help me i made a desperate call át 8am and got an emergency appointment by 11am! I visited the practice today to register as a new patient & having previously used the direct access service for hygienist visits at 740 I always found the staff so friendly and welcoming.At my visit today I saw Richard who I was personally recommended to along with his nurse Emma and I was instantly put at ease and made to feel very welcome.After my examination Richard explained everything to me and answered any questions and I felt the examination was very thorough and I loved the camera that showed up on the screen of pictures of my teeth-rather cool!I then went on to see the hygienist Carly and had a clean and then the air flow polisher which is something every person should experience- again Carly was very informative, friendly and I’d highly recommend seeing her.

I went as an emergency just before Christmas, had a canine extraction. After being numbed I could still feel everything. It took over an hour and it was hell, I could'not have sedation because it was short notice. However Richard did manage to get it out. And after a few hours my whole jaw swelled up for about a week. Still Richard got it out. Will I go back NO. It was the most painful extraction I've ever had in my life. False claim. It was very painful and Ive still got the photograph of the swelling it felt like my jaw was broken.

I can't say how happy I am to recommend 740 Dental. After over 10 years of dentistry abroad, recent experiences brought me back to the UK and to the best Dental Surgery. They are technologically advanced with pain free anesthesia and outstanding design and production of crowns. The staff from the Reception Staff to medical staff are both professional and kind. My Surgeons Sharon and Andrew are by far the most genuinely lovely and caring people who treat everyone with respect and involve you in decisions. I cant recommend this surgery enough. I found it by chance and it was the best find i have ever made .

** UPDATE**I went to 740 Dental after reading the wonderful reviews online and initially my contact was to enquire about Invisalign. Unfortunately I had some serious underlying issues and I went through some fairly traumatic times as I had to lose some teeth. No matter how old you are it is scary but I am writing this review at the end of my treatment but not at the end of my time with 740. My teeth are now straight. My gums are healthy. My confidence is such that I now have a new job and my dream of being a personal trainer is on the horizon too. James and Lisa have held my hand throughout ...All decisions made along the way were discussed with empathy and I never felt rushed, only supported. I actually looked forward to going and feeling the warm welcome and familiarity from all the staff.. This, I feel, is what makes 740 unique. Thank you Millie, James, Lisa and all the girls for everything. Have a fabulous Christmas. See you next year. Much love x

I have to say how grateful I'm to 740 Dental clinic.I'm very sensitive and cannot stand that dentist noise environment. This clinic is the best in town. I have been there a few times. Yesterday I was treated by Sharon, had front tooth filling, which was badly broken, she did a fantastic job. I got in for an emergency dentist appointment being an unregistered patient on the same day. It was the most pleasant experience I could have dreamt of for a dentist. My dentist (Richard) and dental nurse (Emma) put me completely at ease. Professional yet easy to get on with just like chatting with a friend. I had changed dentists quite a few times because of bad experiences, but now I shall never change again! 740 are the best dental practice my family and I have come across. My family see a range of the dentists at 740, and they are all superb, not to mention the lovely staff working at reception.Especially grateful to Richard for the all the great work he did on my teeth! I have always been treated professionally and sympathetically from the staff at reception through to my dentist Dr Coupe. I always know that if i need any treatment all will be done to stop any pain. My hygienist Loraine is very understanding and not at all rough! All dental nurses are lovely. I have recommended 740 Dental to a friend who was terrified of dentists and no longer is! 👍

No more hiding behind my lips! Today I faced my fear and can finally smile without a care in the world! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years due to having such bad experiences as a child. All the reception team made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door and within the first minute of meeting Angela she made me feel so at ease and all the nervous feeling and anxiety I felt just disappeared! Angela was absolutely lovely and made sure I was ok at all times. You’ve changed my life! Thanks to Angela and Steph who was just as amazing! I was nervous and apprehensive on my first visit due to past experiences at other dentists. I was welcomed and met by Sarah whom I had spoken to several times on the phone. I am nearly 60 now and have been with this dental practice since I was at school, was so sad to see Ken Griffiths retire, as were my children, my eldest.has found him again and gone back to him, she is 31 now!!! I met Jill today as a new hygienist and she was just the best!!! I even thanked her for what is usually a.painful experience - today was actually a lovely experience, having my teeth cleaned wasn't painful, Jill was so, so gentle and easy to get along with, even looking forward to my next appt!!! when Ken retired I started seeing Sharon halderthay and have been very happy with her as my dentist over the last 10 years - have watched 740 change over nearly 50 years now and always had the best treatment, I remember going through the door when the only receptionist was Shirley, who sent me upstairs to wait for Ken- oh my!!! how tumes have changed but the service is still excellent as ever 😁😁😁

So delighted with every aspect of my time with 740 Dental - all the staff are so friendly, helpful and make 'visiting the dentist' a pleasurable experience rather than a chore. I underwent the Invisalign treatment and from my initial meeting to my final appointment I can not fault the service. I was consulted at every step, listened to, nothing was ever too much trouble for and wow! the final results! I am DELIGHTED with my new straight teeth, no longer disappointed when I see myself in photographs, and I tell pretty much everyone I meet about 740 Dental & Invisalign! I can't thank the team enough, in particular Andrew & Becky who were fab!!

First expectations were good from other reviews. I called and said I may need a filling and they said I would require an emergency treatment. Ok I thought... no problem if I need the filling. However upon inspection it was determined there was nothing to do other than use sensodyne toothpaste overnight.Before the appointment I spoke to the lovely receptionist and she said that if I would not get the filling I would be able to get a refund and (assumedly) pay the cost of a checkup at 80 pounds.The dentist tells me that he can’t give me a refund for the difference, so I end up spending 150 pounds out of pocket for what was essentially some advice on how to brush my teeth. Bearing in mind that I was asked to pay BEFORE the treatment I should have seen this coming.Shame as they could have made a difference on the day, and the conflicting information was misleading. Not sure about all these other positive reviews as I walk away with persevering sensitivity.

I am a difficult patient. I experience high levels of anxiety when in the dentist chair.I have been a patient at many dentists throughout my life and this one is definitely the best ever. I have had appointments with both Sharron and Richard Halderhay and they both exude a level of competence that puts you instantly at ease.You feel you are in safe hands.Megan is the kindest and most patient hygienist I have ever experienced. From start to finish I have received excellent service at 740 , my treatment coordinator Sarah talked me through the process and options as well as helped me with the paperwork for the payment scheme for my full treatment. I had been recommended Andrew Prynne by a friend and I was not disappontmed he was engaging and made me feel as if I was part of the team in the process of my treatment. I had a a fractured root canel so needed a new tooth !!! Andrew talked me through options, the pros and cons of them all with great patience and attention to detail. I chose to have an implant and whilst at it, changed a crown a couple of discoloured fillings and had cosmetic whitening. I have found the whole team to be polite and helpful, Megan did my whitening and was fabulous in her advice. Andrews dental Nurse Becky was always there with advice re colour matching and great at her job , the technician making my implant and crown came to meet me so could look at my teeth, mouth etc so he could visualise the job and the reception team were always helpful and welcoming. I would have no hesitation to recommend Andrew to any adult of child who has an issue with the dentist, I had to have some serious dentistry and at all times felt in very safe professional hands. Thank you so much, I am very happy with my new smile.

Years of neglect, recreational peccadilloes, smoking, tooth grinding and insomnia had left my teeth looking like a bit of a shambles. I could have gone to my ex-dental hygienist, but it always hurt too much and she used to tell me off. Instead I came here, to 740 dental, saw Megan for a clean and polish and left some 40 minutes later beaming. I'm still beaming now. She was fast, efficient, understanding, smiley and it didn't hurt.The rest of the place is buoyant and the staff seem splendid. You should go here, honest.

From the first point of contact at 740 dental with my treatment coordinator Milly, who I feel went above and beyond to answer my endless questions and made me feel very comfortable with the treatment options and the options being within my budget, to then having the communication with the dentist Andrew, we discussed the options in a free consultation and he took x-rays and photographs of the area in my mouth so that I could have as much knowledge on the procedures as possible, what a lovely team. I believe that your smile is a huge confidence booster, and knowing that I’ll be in safe hands is a huge relief, which means I’ll have the smile I want for my wedding day. I recently visited Megan via the direct access service for a hygiene appointment and an air flow polish which is something I had at my previous practice. I was recommended to the practice and Megan by my partner. Megan was friendly, professional and I felt at ease during the treatment which I have to say was completely pain free. The practice itself is very smart, modern with a friendly reception team. I will be returning to see Megan for another air flow polish in the next few months..high recommend 740 Dental.

I'm a scaredy cat 🐱 when it comes to dental work.Having had a handful of unfortunate events in the past. Very luckily for me, I found Andrew Prynne, who inspired trust and confidence, which calmed me down, what a relief!I recently tried a new anaesthetic injection called The Sleeper, that made the whole thing much easier. It only numbs the tooth area and not the face. No more undignified dribbling over coffee! Hah.Really good.

I am terrified of the dentist. I shake, cry and turn grey. So great is my fear I have been managing the pain of a cracked molar for almost a year,. My family urged me to visit 740 so after the pain reached agonising levels, I rang and spoke with Richard Alderthay. He removed my tooth this morning in this caring clinic. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to being terrified! It took me a long time to find a dentist I felt comfortable with. As soon as I had my first appointment with Angela I felt so at ease and couldn’t wait to start my treatment. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist, and still am, but feel a lot more comfortable after visiting 740dental. I've seen Andrew twice and both times I've been blown away by his kindness, patience and gentle approach. Andrew came to greet me personally in the waiting room before taking me through to his surgery. During my appointment he explained every single thing before going ahead, even asked my permission before the various steps, and reminded me often that I am in control and we can stop anytime I feel the need. All the reception team made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door and within the first minute of meeting Angela she made me feel so at ease and all the nervous feeling and anxiety I felt just disappeared! I visited 740 Dental for the first time today and was extremely impressed with the check up and care I received from James along with his Dental Nurse Lisa. They both were very friendly and made me feel at ease having gone to the Dentist with a gum problem that I had never experienced before. The surroundings were very calming and James explained every step of the check up, answered all my queries and concerns and put my mind at rest. I left my appointment satisfied with clarity and aftercare. It is clear that James and Lisa are a great duo who work very professionally together. I’d like to say a big thank you and that I would absolutely recommend James and Lisa at 740 along with the Receptionists who were warm and welcoming.

Our 5 year old had to have his tooth taken out, after horrendous experience we had in different dental practice, it was difficult for us to trust again. I want to say a massive thank you to Mr Andrew Prynne for fixing up my molars. I had a five year gap where I didn’t go to the dentist, ( personal reasons were there.) Dr Prynne had to do miracles to get me back to where I was, and now after 4 crowns, I feel fantastic. I was amazed at how today’s technology and of course Dr Prynne’s know how, has made my crowns feel and look like they were totally my own, perfect. I can now eat properly again. Apart from me being truly ecstatic about my teeth, ( & that’s no understatement,) my treatment while having it done was surprisingly pain free, I say surprisingly as I expected to even feel the little needle at beginning, but not even that. I chilled and actually enjoyed it. I felt like I’d been to a pamper day. I can’t thank Dr Prynne enough, not only is he a wonderful kind conscientious dentist, who knows his job with precision, but he’s also a smashing person and you couldn’t help feel at ease with him & his lovely assistant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Growing up I always had trouble with my teeth & some less than understanding dentists so had a big fear of going. I needed emergency work at the beginning of the year & ended up at 740. Calm atmosphere. Modern furnishings and professional service from all the staff. James is my dentist and he is always smiling and chatty. Everyone is welcoming. We've been at this practice since it was NHS and I was a baby ( im now 23) and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I'd much rather pay for a very good service than go cheaper and may not get the amount of attention these guys give to their clients. Always leave feeling well looked after.I've had a few fillings and the staff make sure that I feel calm and relaxed at all times (I hate needles) and also had 6 teeth out for braces nearly 10 years ago and was very happy with everything. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be well taken care of and feel like they are cared about. Who likes the dentist though hey.. 😉

Over the weekend, while visiting from London, my daughter had an accident which resulted in a broken front tooth. Naturally she was upset and very anxious, but the team at 740 Dental came to her rescue on Sunday morning. The tooth was repaired in no time and my daughter returned to London with her usual sunny smile and full of confidence again. Huge thanks to Andrew Prynne and Head Nurse Kate for saving the day. I had three Dental Implants involving substantial bone grafts. Dr James Coupe is highly competent and thorough and I would without question recommend him for all dentistry work. Dr Coupe also takes a holistic approach in order to provide you with the best treatment. He did 3 root canal fillings in one tooth at the back of my mouth with ease and totally painless and absolutely the result is a successful outcome. Angela O'Regan is fabulous. Long story short I first started to use them on an emergency call out on a bank holiday weekend Saturday. Brilliant after care. Prices reasonable for the area. Appointments tend to always be on time.First time since I had no choice (still a child) that I book and go to the dentist on a regular basis.Best thing is they always give you options on treatment so don't just push the most expensive option and will always tell you if it would not be best for you.

If it weren't for Andrew Prynne and the amazing team at 740 Dental I don't know if I'd have ever regained any trust in the dental profession. More importantly, our children are happy and confident to attend their appointments and take on board all the advice offered to them. Andrew has been my dentist for a very long time, I was previously a nervous patient but can't even remember that now. I lost a front tooth in an accident in my twenties, we struggled keeping a bridge in place. He suggested I get an implant but I didn't trust another dentist, eventually he did the implant course and I was his first patient. He is extremely skilled, always friendly & welcoming. Quick to sort out any dental emergencies. Ruth is my hygienist and she is also amazing. Great team, thank you
